Got well-appointed, high-class room with walk-in closet and 2 bathrooms and the garden. The breakfast had a wide range of options, fresh bread, cereals, and eggs. The location offered was ideal so close to South Africa and bars and restaurants in Montecasino.

Overall, the Palazzo Hotel in Fourways was a lovely place for Easter. the hotel impressed with its stunning beauty and general delightful ambiance. the staff at all levels were impeccable and made the stay even more enjoyable. the rooms were well-equipped and provided a comfortable stay, with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the convenient location near the Monte Casino entertainment center added to the overall experience.

The whole experience was memorable, as it was for my father's 90 Birthday from the moment they arrived they were treated with curtsy by the staff, the room was ideal and the champagne and slice of Birthday cake was most welcome. Everyone was helpful and friendly and we enjoyed a most memorable dinner to top off the evening overall I'm delighted we selected the Palazzo Hotel for this occasion.

The location is great because close to shopping mall and numerous restaurants. The service is very professional and friendly. Breakfast is always a highlight.

The rooms are rather small and our upgrade to the Deluxe Room consisted only of a seat in the yard. If you arrive a little later for breakfast, you may have to wait a little at the reception. but the waitresses do their best.

I ordered the "100% beef burger" from room service which turned out to be 100% fat and gristle. Easily the worst hamburger I have had anywhere in the world. A pity as the the rest of your hotel is superb.
